We process your data for the following purposes:

• Analysing the use of the website — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), unless the analytics tool used does not install cookies or access information stored on your device, in which case consent is not required under Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE (see section 8. Cookies)
• Complying with legal obligations — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Contact enquiries are kept for a maximum of 2 years.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers (for example, hosting or analytics) solely to operate our services, under strict data processing agreements. All processors comply with the GDPR.

If any data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Cookies

Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, an analytics tool that does not install cookies or access information stored on your device, and therefore does not require your consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE (the Spanish law implementing the ePrivacy Directive).

If in the future we introduce cookies or other storage and access technologies that are not exempt, we will ask for your consent through a visible notice that lets you accept or reject them with the same level of prominence, in line with the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). In the meantime, you can control any third-party cookies through your browser settings.
